Shipping

GENERAL
When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details and telephone number are correct as we are unable to redirect.

Orders are processed within one business day. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when your order is in transit.

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. Please allow for delays during sale periods and holidays.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING - UK
Our Tracked & Signed shipping within the UK is Free of Charge. 

We use Royal Mail 48 Tracked & Signed for shipping within the United Kingdom and typically arrives within 48 hours from collection.
Royal Mail operates between 9:00am and 6:00pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering. For example, your work address is recommended.

DUTY & TAXES - INTERNATIONAL

Duties & Taxes

We ship orders using either Duties Prepaid (DDP) or Duties Unpaid (DDU) shipping, depending on the destination and the service selected at checkout.
  • Duties Prepaid (DDP)
    When a shipping option marked “Duties Prepaid” or “Nothing to pay on arrival” is selected, all applicable duties and taxes are included and paid in advance.
    No additional charges will be due upon delivery.
  • Duties Unpaid (DDU)
    When a shipping option marked “Duties may apply on arrival” is selected, duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price. Any applicable import taxes, duties, or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier or local customs authority at the time of delivery.
Duties and taxes are assessed by the customs authority of the destination country based on the value of the order and local regulations. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information regarding import charges.If required, the carrier or customs authority will contact the recipient to complete customs clearance.

HATTON LABS will provide all necessary documentation to support the clearance process. 
If you need any additional supporting documentation, please contact Customer Care, and we will work with our trade partners to resolve. 

Please note that our warehouse is currently based in the UK. The United Kingdom (UK) officially left the European Union (EU) on January 31, 2020. As a result of this change, there have been updates to customs fees and regulations that may affect orders from the UK.

REFUSED PACKAGES

If you refuse your order or if we cannot deliver the package due to wrong or incomplete information, shipping and any other fees (such as import taxes and duties) that may have been added will be deducted from your refund.

INSURANCE

HATTON LABS insures each purchase during transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that a signature by a third party is sufficient proof of delivery by HATTON LABS.
