We ship to a majority of countries worldwide. We ask each customer to check that we ship to their exact destination country when selecting their delivery address at checkout.
All Hatton Labs jewelslery is manufactured in Italy.
We only use solid sterling silver for all of our products, no product is made from brass or is silver plated.
All of our pearls are real freshwater farmed pearls, we do not use synthetic pearls.
We recommend taking your jewellery to a reputable jeweler for professional cleaning annually. General wear and tear and dirt build-up are inevitable on all jewellery, semi/precious stones, and metals. We have also provided a polish cloth with each product that we recommend using gently on your jewellery at least once a week. The more effort you make in maintaining your jewellery, the better. Jewellery must be looked after for longevity.
Precious metals and natural stones are extremely delicate and will quickly discolour and change when exposed to particular substances or the wrong environment. Do not wear your jewellery when: showering, swimming, in humid weather (incl. sauna and steam-room), participating in physical activities, carrying and moving heavy items, and also when sleeping. Please also keep your jewellery out of direct sunlight and away from heat.
We do not have a Hatton Labs physical store. We are stocked internationally if you wish to view and try on products. Click here to view our stockists.
We take utmost care to ensure that all products are accurately described and depicted on our website (all website imagery is for illustrative purposes). We thoroughly inspect each item for quality and functionality before shipping them to our customers. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, you have statutory rights in relation to any goods you purchase from us that are either not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose or as described at the time of purchase.
If your item is damaged or faulty, or if we have sent you the wrong item, please contact our customer support team at theshop@hattonlabs.com. If a return is approved on a damaged or defective item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Within 30 days of purchase/delivery, you have the right to a refund or replacement. If an attempt has been made by a customer to repair goods, hatton labs will not be able to offer a full refund under the terms outlined above.

Uou remain responsible for all goods until they have been handed to dhl either by pick up or delivered at a service point. Please always keep your store receipt and tracking number for proof of purchase, shipment, and tracking.
Please make sure the package is sealed securely. In order for Hatton Labs to process your returned, goods must be reach us undamaged, unworn and in their original packaging and presentation box. If you are returning multiple items please do not group products together in a single bag as this will lead to damage; in this instance, we will not be able to process your return under the terms outlined above. Returns are closely inspected upon receipt and we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match the criteria outlined in our Returns Policy.
If you change your mind about a purchase you have made through our website or by phone, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason (except in respect of goods specified below). The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
You do not have the right to change your mind in respect of personalized jewelry, custom designs, resized items, or items made engraved or ordered specifically to your requirements or goods (including earrings or items for piercings) sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them unless such goods were damaged, defective, or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered. Any jewelry that has been clearly worn or has suffered damage while in your possession cannot be returned.
To exercise the right to cancel your purchase, you must inform hatton labs of your decision to cancel via e-mail - including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel, and your phone number and email address. Please email - theshop@hattonlabs.com
If you cancel your order we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods to you (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied or (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods or if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the purchase. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to pay the costs of returning the item to us. you are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Klarna will notify you via email and push notification from the Klarna app when a payment is due and when this has successfully been collected, or in the unlikely event of your payment failing. If a payment has been collected but you have not received payment confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payments in the Klarna App or by logging in at Klarna
Once Hatton Labs has received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna if you've made a partial return.
With a full return, we shall refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna App.
In the event that your goods have not been received please contact Hatton Labs to check on your order and delivery status. You can also contact Klarna’s Customer Service so that we can postpone the due date on your payment or put the order on hold in the Klarna App while you wait for the goods to arrive.
As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds shall be issued back to the debit or credit card which was originally entered at checkout. I haven’t received an email with my statement/payment information. You can log in the Klarna App or at Klarna, where you will find all of your orders and payment schedule information.
