RETURN PROCESS

Non Sale Items: 

Items purchased on hattonlabs.com are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can request a return authorisation by contacting us at theshop@hattonlabs.com. 

In your request, please note your order #. If approved, we will email you a return label and customs documentation as soon as possible. 

Please follow these steps to complete the process: 

- Ensure all returned items are in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached and undamaged box and pouch, as they're part of the product.While trying them on at home is acceptable, please handle them with care, especially delicate items like jewellery. Once used as worn, they can't be considered unused anymore.  

- Pack the item and its box in another sturdy carton to prevent damage to the original packaging, ideally using the outer packaging from your order. 

- For international orders, please include the commercial invoice provided in 3 copies. 

- Print and tape the return label to the outside of your return parcel – cover any prior shipping address.

- For domestic orders, call Royal Mail (0345 774 0740) to arrange a free collection or drop the package off at a Royal Mail location. Visit www.royalmail.com to find one near you.

- For international orders, call a local FedEx office to arrange a free collection or drop the package off at a FedEx location. Visit www.fedex.com to find one near you.

If your return is not shipped within 5 business days of issuing the return label, the items will no longer be eligible for return.

HATTON LABS reserves the right to reject any items for exchange or return that do not meet the above requirements. If your exchange or return is rejected, you will be notified by email.

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will refund via your original payment method. You will receive an email confirming when the refund is issued. It may take up to 10 business days to receive your refund depending on your payment processor. 

For returns outside of the UK we will provide a shipping label,  the customer is responsible for the return cost, which will be deducted from your refund. The original shipping cost will also not be refunded. 

For returns within the UK, the customer is responsible for the cost and arranging the shipment via tracked delivery not required for signature on delivery.

If the return is for an exchange we will need to receive the payment of shipment costs via paypal in advance of sending out the replacement item.

Please be aware that HATTON LABS won't refund taxes, duties, or any additional charges for orders outside the UK, and shipping costs for uncollected packages won't be reimbursed.

If you receive an item classified as faulty and/or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt at theshop@hattonlabs.com. 

Hatton Labs's quality assurance policy addresses potential manufacturing flaws and does not hold responsibility for issues resulting from failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness e.g. cracks from adjusting chain clasps too vigorously/frequently or bending of earring clasps or changes in appearance, flaws.  And damages resulting from typical usage and the natural ageing process, such as scratches, oxidation of silver, or the gradual fading of gold plating.
