All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United Kingdom via Royal Mail for standard delivery and Fedex for a priority service.
When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details and telephone number are correct as we are unable to redirect.
Orders are typically processed in 1- 2 business days. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when your order is in transit.
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. Please allow for delays during sale periods and holidays.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING - UK
Royal Mail is our vendor for standard shipping within the United Kingdom and typically arrives within 48 hours from collection. Orders placed on Fridays after 3pm will not ship until the next working day.
Royal Mail offers On Demand Delivery (ODD). This allows customers to waive the signature requirement or update their delivery information. Customers will have this option once the order has shipped from our warehouse. HATTON LABS does not accept any liability for lost or stolen packages without a signature. We recommend entering a shipping address where someone will be present to sign for and accept the order.
Royal Mail operates between 9:00am and 6:00pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering. For example, your work address is recommended.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Royal Mail International is our vendor for standard orders delivered outside the United Kingdom.
We also offer a faster delivery service via Fedex. Orders placed for priority delivery typically arrive between 2-3 days depending on the delivery location.
DUTY & TAXES - INTERNATIONAL
Payment of any fees is the responsibility of the customer and will be collected at the time of delivery. Assessment of duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within your country and are based on the value of the order. Please contact your local customs bureau for any questions related to the import tax and duties.
Once a package arrives, the customer will be contacted to clear the package with the local customs office. HATTON LABS will supply all documents for custom clearance.

Please note that our warehouse is currently based in the UK. The United Kingdom (UK) officially left the European Union (EU) on January 31, 2020. As a result of this change, there have been updates to customs fees and regulations that may affect orders from the UK.
REFUSED PACKAGES
If you refuse your order or if we cannot deliver the package due to wrong or incomplete information, shipping and any other fees (such as import taxes and duties) that may have been added will be deducted from your refund.
INSURANCE
HATTON LABS insures each purchase during transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that a signature by a third party is sufficient proof of delivery by HATTON LABS.
