What countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Please check if we ship to your specific country during checkout.
Where are your products made?
All Hatton Labs jewellery is manufactured in Italy.
Are your products real silver?
Yes, we use only solid sterling silver. No items are made from brass or are silver plated.
Are your pearls real?
Yes, all our pearls are real freshwater farmed pearls; we do not use synthetic pearls.
How do you clean the item?
For professional cleaning, take your jewellery to a jeweler annually. We provide a polishing cloth with each product; use it gently once a week for maintenance.
Can I shower in the item?
We recommend avoiding water exposure. Do not wear jewellery when showering, swimming, or in humid environments. Store it away from sunlight and heat.
Do you have a physical store?
We don't have a Hatton Labs store, but our products are available internationally through various stockists. Click here to view our stockists.
Quality assurance and faulty items
We ensure each product is accurately described and inspected for quality. If you receive a defective item, contact customer support at theshop@hattonlabs.com. We offer refunds or replacements within 30 days if needed, but cannot refund if the item has been altered by you.
Change of mind
You have 14 days to cancel your purchase without reason, except for personalized items. Contact us at theshop@hattonlabs.com with your details to cancel.
Effect of cancellation
If you cancel, we will reimburse your payment, including delivery costs. Returns must be in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Who is Klarna?
Klarna is a Swedish payment service provider used by over 200,000 stores globally, ensuring secure payments.
I have been asked to go to the Klarna site. Is this correct?
Yes, you can view Klarna purchases and payment schedules through the Klarna App or website.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes, Klarna securely processes all payments. Hatton Labs does not store any card details.
Can I pay before the due date?
Yes, you can pay early via the Klarna App or their website.
Have you received my payment?
Klarna will notify you of due payments and receipts. You can also check your payment status in the Klarna App.
What happens to my statement when I've returned the goods?
After confirming your return, Klarna will adjust your payment schedule or refund any payments collected.
I've received a statement, but not my goods?
Contact Hatton Labs for order status, or Klarna for assistance with payment due dates.
I have cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days once the cancellation is registered.
I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued to the card originally used at checkout.
