Terms and Conditions for Gift Card Competition
OVERVIEW
This competition is operated by Hatton Labs. Throughout the terms, “we”, “us,” and “our” refer to Hatton Labs. By participating in our competition, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Competition”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Competition apply to all participants.
Please read these Terms of Competition carefully before entering the competition. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Competition. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not participate in the competition.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Competition by posting updates and/or changes on our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued participation following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
SECTION 1 - COMPETITION PRIZES
There will be three winners in this competition:
1. First Prize: A gift card worth £2,000.
2. Second Prize: A gift card worth £1,000.
3. Third Prize: A gift card worth £500.
Gift cards must be redeemed within 12 months of issuance. The gift cards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
SECTION 2 - ELIGIBILITY
The competition is open to residents of the UK who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Hatton Labs, their immediate family members, and anyone else professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
SECTION 3 - ENTRY PERIOD
The competition will run from September 12th 2024 to October 4th 2024. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
SECTION 4 - HOW TO ENTER
To enter the competition, participants must complete the entry form on the Meta advertisement with a valid email address. Only one entry per person is allowed. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
SECTION 5 - WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period. The decision of Hatton Labs is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be notified by email or telephone within 2 days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Hatton Labs reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
SECTION 6 - PRIVACY
By entering the competition, participants agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of their personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and notifying the winners.
SECTION 7 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competition or these Terms of Competition at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, our decision is final. We are not responsible for any technical malfunction or any failure of the website, which may limit or prevent participation in the competition.
SECTION 8 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant or their companion as a result of entering the competition or accepting any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
SECTION 9 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Competition are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
